1P - 2:37 - #50 Klein (Duane & Abbateracca?) (Coach has bad hand writing) knocks in lonely puck sitting in the front of the net. Ties it at 1 a piece.
1P - 9:00 - this tightened up and we're stilled tied at 1; Evenly played thus far;
1P - 10:36 - Rams Penalty Interferance
--- WH Lipke fires three times from the point, but nothing gets through.
--- Rand Kills the penalty; WH 0-1 on the PP;
===============================
Period 1 ends tied at 1; Hills has nice size and is right there with the Rams.
Randolph out shoots Hills; 6-2;
================================
We're off on the freshly cut ice. Chris Maloney, (Randolph) picks up a mishandled puck and rockets it up, glove side. Schroeder makes a gloves save, but the puck flickers downs and takes a football bounce or two ... just wide;
13:00 left in the 2nd, still tied at 1;
11:32 left - WH - penalty (Roughing @ 3:28)
-----
10:08 left - Incledon (RA) shot from the point is gloved, again, the puck shoots loose, but is tucked under the keep by a defenseman. WH kills the penalty. Rams are 0-1 on the PP;
8:09 left - RAN - #3 Krannich fans on a shot just above the circle. #17 Chris Maloney picks up the loose puck and fires a low shot that finds th eback of the net; Rams lead 2-1 with about 7:40 to go! Zamor gets the other assist;
6:04 left -- Schroeder makes a glove save on Incledon (RA).
5:37 left -- ensuing face off WH takes a tripping penanalty at 9;23; Rams go on Power Play #2;
4:38 -- RANDOLPH - It's a power play goal! #9 Kral (22 Roma,17 Maloney) takes a pass while camping out at the face off circle; off balance as he receives the pass, gains composure and burries the puck through the five-hole for a 3-1 lead.
1:44 - WH - Liptke fires a rocket that Swenson covers on his blocker; Smart save because ...
1:33 - RANDOLPH goes up 4-1; gets by #12 Chris Tamminga (24 Modestino) the defense and deeks the keeper for the near side deposit and a solid 4-1 lead;
===============================
Period 2 ends as the Rams explode late in the period.
Randolph out shoots Hills; 6-4; for a two period total of 12-6;
================================
Both keepers have held solid early in the first. Both taking shots to the letters and holding, forcing a face off.
11:00 left and Randolph has gone into a Defense minded game; As I type that, Schroeder robs the Rams twice! So much for sitting back.
10:02 left; WH gains a power play as a breakaway is denied. The two-minute tripping penalty gives Hills their second power play of the night.
--- Rams spend most of the 1st minute in the Hills zone, killing time. Hills finally breaks out and is called for offsides entering the Rams zone; Rams clear it again and we're under 30 seconds left in the power play;
8:00 - Penalty killed and we have a face of deep in the Randolph zone;
6:29 - Ra - Bannon steals the puck in the corner behind the Hills keep; moves in front and uses a nice, uncontested backhand, only to be robbed by Schroeder;
4:55 Randolph take a penalty, two minutes for slashing; Hills call timeout to strategize; Rams get off a short handed shot and force another face off deep in the Hills zone; we're under 4 minutes;
3:19 HILLS pops one through, as Swenson seemed to loose track of the puck; The power play goal by #50 Klein (Lundburg and Massa);
2:51 - Rams take another penalty, but Hills takes one just 11 seconds later to make it a four on four; A Hills fans shouts the line of the game: "Where ya from? Randolph?" towards the refs. I love the educated fan!
Under 1:30 and Hills still has their keeper in net, Rams keep pressing not allowing an extra player. Apparently a good move as Schroeder robs Fullman with a great glove save, just a few inches off the ice;
0:00 -- Game ends 4-2 Randolph and the Rams advance.
Shots in 3rd : Randolph -- 8 for 20; WH -- 6 for 12
come back at 8:00 for the Knolls game!

This would be amazing if Watchung Hills upset the Rams. From what I heard the Randolph Defense has been pathetic so far.
