While I am using this off-season time to revamp the set up of my site, I have come across another exciting site – Trusted Tours and Attractions. This site offers any vacation destinations and discounted tickets for site seeing tours. Their main site has quick links to such great cities as Atlanta, Boston, Las Vegas, New York, San Francisco, Key West and Tampa.

You should take this opportunity and sign up for their newsletter by clicking this link: “Trusted Tours and Attractions.”

Today, their main page has a Boston Tour Highlights. It’s actually a pretty cool tour for any history buff or simple tourist. They also offer great deals for popular attractions all over the US of A - such as the San Diego Zoo.

Today, they are offering special giveaways to those of you who sign up for their e-Newsletter. You’ll be automatically entered to win 4 free tickets to tours in a city of your choice. This offer ends Friday, December 14th, 2007.

I actually have a liking towards Savannah, Georgia. Here’s a place right that gives you a fantastic taste of the old South. The town has something for everyone. The town that boomed in the 17 and 1800’s was actually the first planned City in America. The Spaniards and Portuguese settles there in the 1700’s and is still remains to this day one of the most cosmopolitan and diverse cities in the South. You can definitely get the feel of their influence throughout the community. During the American Revolutionary War, Savannah came under British control and was famous for the Siege of Savannah in 1779. That’s when the American and French troops fought unsuccessfully to retake the city. Great sites in Savannah include the Bonaventure Cemetery which is the most famous cemetery in Savannah Georgia. Set on a bluff overlooking the Wilmington River, one of the most scenic places in the USA. This is an amazing section where buildings are restored on Barnard Street. Savannah is also engrossed by a lush tropical shoreline and mild climate. The city's founding father, Englishman James Edward Oglethorpe, landed on the shores of the Savannah River in 1733 and chartered the 13th and final crown colony in the name of King George II. General Oglethorpe's ingenuity brought about a unique design for Savannah based on a grid of broad thoroughfares, braided at regular intervals with spacious public squares such as Chatham Square - which is a town hot spot and location for The Savannah College of Art & Design.
Trusted Tours and Attractions definitely offer over thirty tours in this Southern gem. These include Brunch cruises, amazing nature walks, Ghost and historical tours and a handful of trolley rides. Definitely worth the trip!

Digital Camera Mania

I cannot tell you how much I really enjoy working on this site, but what has amazed me the most is how much I have really enjoyed picking up photography as a hobby. While working on Winter Sports Web Pages, I realized how greatly improved the photography on this site actually is. I really thought I was happy with the SONY Cybershot, which is simply a great point-and-shoot camera. But after moving on to the Canon Rebel Xti and learning all about lens, I really how vast and complex the world of photography really is. Now that I have moved up to the Canon 40D, I am really learning so much about all the features of a professional camera. And let me tell you, I am only working with the tip of the ice berg.

Now that I am quite comfortable working with outdoor sports, we’re moving indoors for the winter. One thing I did learn and it’s actually a huge tip no matter what camera you are using – make sure that the sun is at your back.

I also suggest that you take a look at these digital picture frame. These maybe the best present you could give a family member, coach or friend. Not to mention all

Photography and Digital Photography is a quickly developing hobby for many. I see more and more parents with professional cameras at sporting events. In all actuality, the digital cameras were the most requested electronics gift for the last holiday.

One thing for sure, digital cameras, at any level, are being used to capture family moments, important milestones, sporting events, or just the memories of a fun outing. I know that my favorite picture was the one I captured of a Par Hills Soccer player doing a flip on the field after their win over South Plainfield.
